Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Dallas TX

Compensation:  $110,000-$125,000 + medical benefits + 3 weeks PTO + discretionary performance based bonus

Schedule: Hybrid Monday-Friday 9:00 - 5:00 asking flexibility around travel and events

 

Overview: Seeking an experienced Personal Assistant for a family in Dallas TX, requiring a flexible schedule and experience in handling high-net-worth households. The ideal candidate is an adaptable professional with over 5 years of experience in fast-paced environments, adept at managing demanding personalities and schedules.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and logistics support including managing calendars, arranging elite travel, scheduling appointments, arranging transportation for multiple family members, making reservations, planning and executing events and handling correspondence.
  • Act as primary point of contact for on site Property Managers of several out of state residences.
  • Coordinate events, appointments, and meetings efficiently, ensuring all details are meticulously organized.
  • Act as a liaison between the principal and various vendors, demonstrating exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Frequent travel with principals domestically and international occasionally, sometimes in advance of principals' travel to open and prep other residences.
  • Support multiple family members with packing, unpacking, shopping for and maintenance of wardrobes for frequent travel
  • Liaise with staff and property management companies from primary and secondary residences
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant in ultra-high-net-worth households or similar settings.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Flexibility in schedule to accommodate changing priorities and availability.
  • Self motivated professional who can assess and proactively predict family’s needs without needing daily supervision
  • Adaptable personality who is comfortable in all types of environments and with all types of personalities

Requirements:

  • Flexibility in schedule to accommodate special events and travel
  • US Passport and ability to travel internationally
  • Experience in fashion merchandising, styling, home organization desired
