Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain luxury properties, ensuring they remain in pristine condition year-round.
• Provide professional driving services for the principals, utilising a fleet of high-end vehicles.
• Oversee household staff and coordinate with external contractors for maintenance services.
• Ensure the upkeep and scheduling of vehicle maintenance, maintaining exceptional standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee security protocols during the principals' absence.
• Organise household operations, including scheduling adjustments during principal stays.
• Manage inventories, deliveries, and essential household logistics.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs for properties and vehicles.
• Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive experience in luxury household management.
• Strong background in driving and maintaining high-end vehicles.
• Excellent knowledge of the surrounding area, ensuring seamless transportation services.
• Highly organised with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and available for weekend work during principal stays.
• Discreet, professional, and reliable.
• Fluent in English & Hebrew
• Valid driver’s license.
