Immediate Opening for Full-Time Head Housekeeper in Miami Beach, FL
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join a busy family and household immediately in Miami Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional housekeeping experience, with a particular focus on exceptional laundry care. This individual has a positive attitude, a high level of professionalism, a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with other staff members. This is a live-out position offering competitive compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed daily cleaning duties of all areas of the home, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the home, ensuring all rooms are always well-organized and presentable, including closets, storage areas, and common spaces.
- Detail oriented laundry care, including washing, ironing, folding, and organizing delicate fabrics, high-end garments, and fine linens. Must possess expertise in fabric care, including special attention to washing techniques, stain removal, and maintaining the integrity of luxury fabrics.
- Organize, manage, and care for family wardrobes, ensuring clothes are properly stored and well-maintained.
- Assist with inventory, organization, restocking of household supplies.
- Support other household staff as needed and work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.
- Care for fine furnishings and fragile items with delicate care.
- Provide occasional assistance with errands and other duties as requested by the family.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of housekeeping experience in luxury estates, UHNW households, or boutique hotels.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Expert knowledge of laundry techniques, including the ability to manage delicate fabrics and fine linens along with strong organizational skills for maintaining closets.
- Strong knowledge of fine materials and surfaces (e.g., natural stones and high-end appliances).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other household staff, including but not limited to the house manager and groundskeepers.
- Discretion and professionalism with a strong commitment to confidentiality.
- Earnest, genuine, trustworthy, and respectful demeanor.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to the property.
- Ability to lift to 50lbs.
- Flexible schedule with availability for weekends as needed to meet a 35–40-hour work week.

- Able to work independently and anticipate the family’s needs.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and willingness to sign a confidentially agreement regarding the family's privacy.
