Our established client in Boston is seeking an exceptional Director of Residences to lead and elevate the operations of their multiple residential properties. In this vital role, you will oversee complex projects, manage dedicated staff, and implement new processes to enhance efficiency across the estates. Your ability to see the big picture while attending to every detail will ensure the family's homes are impeccably maintained and seamlessly run.

You will also be a part of the family office, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration to bring the family's vision to life. As a graceful leader, you'll engage with a professional family office and estate staff, many of whom have been with the family for over a decade, fostering a respectful and cohesive work environment. Key Details:

• Candidates from across the country are welcome to apply, but the Client prefers those with prior Boston experience or connections to the Boston area. Relocation to Boston is required.
• A bachelor’s degree is required in addition to a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent of education and experience managing service delivery within a high-touch, action-oriented private household or luxury setting.
• While the role primarily follows a Monday-Friday schedule, candidates should remain flexible and prepared to assist whenever needed, particularly if an urgent matter.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Up to $350,000++ per year | depending upon previous experience
