Estate-level Housekeeper

Our clients, a long-time year-round couple with a beautiful mountain residence in Carbondale (Missouri Heights), are seeking an excellent, full-time, live-out Estate-level Housekeeper to jojn their team ofg two other Housekeepers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• day-to-day cleanliness -- dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, polishing, kitchen and  bathroom cleaning, general floor care
• laundry & ironing, care of fine linens and manage dry cleaning
• occasional light cooking/meal prep is a plus
• feed, walk dogs

Applicant Requirements:

• 5-10+ years' housekeeping experience working in estate-level homes 
• longevity in previous jobs with excellent verifiable references
• experience with smart home technology and appliances
• fluency in English -- oral, verbal and written
• tech savvy -- email, text, basic computer skills
• professional appearance & demeanor
• honest, discreet, loyal, detail-oriented, long-term intent
• clean driver's license and have own car
• ability to pass a comprehensive background check

General schedule is Monday-Friday -- 8:00am-4:00pm. Pay ranges between $40-45/hour (gross) based on experience and the comprehensive compensation package includes PTO, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) and an annual bonus opportunity.
