Ranch/Property Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Ranch/Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 200-acre exclusive mountain property in Aspen, Colorado. (no livestock involved)

The Property Manager will be responsible for and participate in all areas of daily work activities including administrative duties, ground and buildings maintenance, natural resources and the support of private guest services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential property systems and basic hands-on experience with IT Systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work. Additionally, the Property Manager must have experience operating skid steers, small tractors, UTV's, and snowplowing equipment. This role requires a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can maintain the property to the highest standards.

Professional Attributes:The Property Manager is required to have positive communication skills and work hand in hand with the House Manager. He/She must be a team player and will supervise up to 3 full-time staff members as well as seasonal and contract employees. This position requires an independent, highly organized, detail-oriented person with excellent problem-solving skills. 

Required Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills
• 2 years of property management experience
• Solid mechanical and building maintenance skills
• Shop and equipment operation skills
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle driving record
