: Family Assistant for Private Family
Location: Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Full-time, with occasional weekends and holiday seasons as needed

A UHNW family in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, is seeking a proactive and reliable Family Assistant to provide comprehensive support for the family’s daily needs and activities. This highly versatile role includes managing home vendors, running errands, sourcing and purchasing gifts, and coordinating family outfits for events. The Family Assistant will serve as an integral extension of the family’s executive team, ensuring seamless management of all family matters with utmost discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Coordinate and oversee relationships with home vendors, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Residence Oversight: Schedule and manage household repairs, maintenance, and appointments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Errands & Personal Support: Run errands and provide hands-on assistance with day-to-day tasks, responding promptly to family needs.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with planning, logistics, and preparation for family events and special occasions.
  • Outfit Coordination: Source and coordinate family outfits for events, ensuring style and appropriateness.
  • Gift Management: Research, source, and purchase thoughtful gifts for family members, friends, and associates, ensuring timely delivery.
  • General Family Support: Act as a point of contact for family requests and adapt flexibly to meet various requirements.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Be available for occasional weekend work and during the holiday season (not on the actual holiday).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Family or Personal Assistant, preferably in a UHNW household or similar high-profile environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Knowledge of Los Angeles-based vendors and resources is highly preferred.
  • Flexibility to accommodate the family’s dynamic schedule, including occasional weekends and holiday seasons.
