Family Syllabus: This sweet family in Malibu is looking for a rockstar ROTA team to primarily care for their two-year-old daughter and assist the family when needed! Their sweet daughter is highly intelligent and loves to explore. She is angelic and simply divine. She is active and loves to dance. They have multiple homes in Malibu, CA and Las Vegas, NV, and travel often for work. The family is very loving and caring, although it is a high-profile family, they are very much normal people. Please be comfortable with all sorts of animals as this family has many at their Las Vegas home! The mom is a stay-at-home-mom and dad works inside and outside of the home. They have two housekeepers who come weekly and a personal assistant. Please be comfortable working with this family team!
Ideal Candidate: The family’s ideal candidate is super experienced with developmentally appropriate activities and would love a nanny who can create fun educational activities for their little girl. This family values proactive candidates and is looking for a nanny who can step in where needed. Their ideal nanny will be extremely organized and prepared at all times. A nanny with experience with potty training and able to swim with their daughter is a must. Candidates who are calm and have a true passion for children and are not easily flustered are encouraged to apply. Be enthusiastic and enjoy actively engaging with an expressive sweet girl. A nanny comfortable with travel is needed as they go back and forth between Malibu and Vegas often. They travel often for dads work as well. The perfect candidate will be travel ready for both domestic and international trips! A college degree is not required however they would love a nanny who has taken some ECE courses. This family is looking for a nanny who speaks fluent English! A nanny who speaks Japanese would be a huge bonus.
Job Synopsis: Enjoy your days following a routine with the sweetest girl on the block! Spend your mornings exploring, collecting leaves on your walk, and reading books together. Additional duties include preparing healthy snacks, meal prep, grocery shopping, running errands for the family, laundry related to the child, and keeping the child’s play areas clean and tidy. Please be willing to lend a hand if needed with additional tidying. The schedule for this position is rotational for 1-2 weeks on and off at a time with 24/7 shifts during the rotation. The nanny will be provided with a separate housing accommodation while staying in Las Vegas. The pay for this role is a target salary of $125k+ based on experience with paid sick days.
Vaccination Requirements: This family prefers a candidate who is vaccinated but is open for the right fit.
