Estate Manager – Palm Beach, FL
Our client is seeking an extraordinary candidate to step into a hands-on Estate Manager position overseeing a luxury oceanfront property in South Florida, along with additional homes located across the U.S.
The Role
This position is a key team member in a dynamic household—working closely with existing leadership to unify systems, elevate standards, and ensure seamless operations across all properties.
Responsibilities will include:
- Oversight of household systems: HVAC, electrical, smart home technology, and more.
- Preventative maintenance for all three residences, with a special eye on the unique needs of an oceanfront estate.
- Vendor and contractor management, including oversight of renovation and construction projects.
- Administrative excellence: budgets, property manuals, schedules, and team communication.
- On-the-ground support to ensure a five-star experience for the principals at all times.

Compensation & Perks
