We are a warm, active family with four childrenraging from 6 year old and a new baby coming at the en dof summer! We’re looking for someone who can bring calm, enthusiasm, and confidence in caring for multiple children at varying developmental stages. You will primarily provide weekend care for a subset of the children, as you will not be responsible for all four at once. Responsibilities include engaging the older children in age-appropriate play, outdoor time, and creative activities; supporting toddler care with meals, naps, and structure; and assisting with infant needs such as bottle feeding, diaper changes, tummy time, and naps. We also ask for light tidying related to the children, such as cleaning up after meals and organizing toys.
We are looking for someone who can commit to working every weekend for a year and hopefully will be open to traveling on planned vacations (not reuiqred, this would be a few times a year if you wanted to work extra hours and make extra money.) The ideal candidate has experience caring for multiple children across a range of ages, including infants, and approaches the role with warmth, flexibility, and strong communication skills. Comfort with travel and the ability to adapt to new environments are important. The nanny will also need to supervise children during travel, accompany them during activities, and assist with tasks such as packing and unpacking. A clean driving record is required, and the nanny will have access to family vehicles, primarily a minivan, for transportation needs. Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred, or a willingness to renew if needed.
