Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Manager to oversee and manage our diverse portfolio of global properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, interior design, and aesthetics, ensuring that each property reflects the highest standards of luxury and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
-Property Management: Oversee the daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards. This includes managing staff, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
-Hospitality Excellence: Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests and principals, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations in every interaction.
-Interior Design Oversight: Collaborate with interior designers and contractors to curate and maintain the aesthetic appeal of each property. Ensure that furnishings, decor, and overall design align with the brand’s vision and standards.
-Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with high-quality vendors and service providers, including housekeeping, landscaping, and maintenance services, to ensure top-notch service delivery.
-Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for property operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
-Event Planning and Coordination: Organize and coordinate events and functions at the properties, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail.
-Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
-Security and Safety: Implement and oversee security protocols to ensure the safety and privacy of all residents and guests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate management or a similar role, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Strong background in hospitality with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
