Family of 5  seeks Private Chef to work in primary residences in San Francisco and The Peninsula.

A prestigious high net worth family is seeking an experienced and dedicated Private Chef to join their household. The ideal candidate will be a culinary expert with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, and the ability to adapt to a constantly changing menu and work schedule.  They will have a blend of high-end restaurant experience and in-home private chef experience 

Cuisine Desired:

Family likes all types of cuisine. Overall, the family would like flavorful, well-balanced healthy meals.

Schedule: 

You will perform your work at the San Francisco and Peninsula residence.

Five days a week, live out position

 Job Description:

• Chef to prepare healthy lunches and dinners. Snacks, juices, and desserts for family and nannies. 
• Chef must be willing to follow dietary guidelines. Mother is diabetic. Child has peanut and sesame allergies
• Cook for dinner parties and guests 

• Handle grocery shopping for the household and handle Kitchen and Pantry inventory.
• Create weekly menus in consultation with the family.
• Provide nutritional info using the Cronometer app
• Clean-up of kitchen and dining areas after cooking to include washing dishes, pots and pans, loading/unloading dishwashers, floor areas

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
• Responds well back to feedback and makes necessary adjustments
• Must be comfortable working in a busy household with children and staff
• Flexibility required to accommodate the family’s schedule and occasional changes.
• Must be able to keep a clean and organized workspace
• Willing to work in Tahoe for a month over the summer. Accommodation will be provided.
• This role requires working on holidays
