Our down-to-earth, vibrant client in Palo Alto, California, is on the lookout for a dedicated full-time Private Driver to join their household team. We're seeking someone with a background in driving and assisting families, someone who grasps the delicate balance required in dealing with clients, their families, and guests. The ideal candidate knows how to connect in a way that's engaging, warm, and full of life, but also respects professional boundaries.
Your schedule will be tailored around the family's needs, with the understanding that with proper notice, you're ready to step in whenever necessary. Your duties will include handling both morning and afternoon commutes, along with various requests from family members as they come up. Our client values flexibility, a readiness to adapt, and a consistently upbeat approach.
We also expect a high level of awareness regarding your role in the household. This means respecting the family's privacy, ensuring their vehicles are used exclusively for professional purposes, and being conscientious about spending on the family's credit card. Integrity, discretion, and honesty are the pillars of their successful team, vital for nurturing trust and ensuring everything runs smoothly and harmoniously in the household. Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a professional driver
- Clean driving record and valid California driver's license
- Comfortable driving the family’s vehicles and using your own vehicle at times for work use (mileage reimbursement offered)
- COVID-19 vaccination required; booster preferred
- Must have strong references from past clients/employers who can speak to your driving
- Exercise confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Must use good judgment and have strong problem solving skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- $100,000++ per year | DOE
