Dynamic Reno-based couple seeks a highly organized and pristine full-time Executive Housekeeper to oversee and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of two private estate properties in the Reno area. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, knowledge of specialized cleaning products and techniques, and the ability to seamlessly manage and coordinate cleaning schedules and responsibilities between properties, vendors, and laundry services. With a strong focus on high-touch, white-glove service, you will ensure that both properties are maintained to the highest standards, creating a clean, comfortable and well managed environment. Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping & Cleaning Management:

  • Ensure both estates are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Implement the designated daily cleaning schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed as outlined.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces using approved cleaning products and methods.
  • Follow strict protocols for wood, stone, metal, and glass surfaces, ensuring proper product use.
  • Manage the organization and upkeep of all household cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate inventory.

Laundry & Linen Care:

  • Oversee the laundering of bed linens, towels, and household fabrics, ensuring proper handling of delicate materials.
  • Ensure correct rotation of linens, maintaining full sets for each property.
  • Arrange and oversee dry cleaning pickups and deliveries.

Property Upkeep & Seasonal Maintenance:

  • Manage and perform routine outdoor cleaning, including patios, porches, and garage areas.
  • Maintain outdoor furniture and equipment, including seasonal storage.
  • Ensure vacuum filters and cleaning equipment are properly maintained.

Guest Readiness & Special Events:

  • Prepare guest rooms before and after visits, ensuring fresh linens, clean bathrooms, and replenished supplies.
  • Provide daily cleaning services in guest areas when visitors are present.
  • Assist in preparations for household events and gatherings.

Staff & Vendor Coordination:

  • Supervise and coordinate schedules for service providers as needed.
  • Liaise with vendors for laundry services, dry cleaning, and maintenance needs.
  • Ensure all vendors adhere to property-specific protocols (e.g., removing shoes, designated cleaning areas).

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury estate housekeeping, or high-end residential cleaning.
  • Strong knowledge of specialized cleaning products and techniques for wood, stone, glass, and metal surfaces.
  • Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and oversee multiple properties efficiently.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling private residences and personal belongings (you will sign an NDA). 
  • Comfortable working independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Additional Information:

  • Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Occasional availability for weekend or evening shifts, depending on household needs.

Schedule:

3-4 days (likely 4) but will guarantee full-time 

Compensation: 

35-40/hr DOE 

PTO and Federal Holidays
