Our client is seeking a Senior Gifting and Events Specialist with over 8 years of direct experience in events, HNW family office, or personal services environments. This Seattle-based role requires flexibility in your schedule, as the primary hours are Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm, but you will need to adapt to accommodate events as needed. This position is ideal for someone who is skilled at working within the luxury market, with a strong background in event planning, dining etiquette, and managing back-of-house activities. Your creativity will be valued, but the ability to faithfully execute the client's vision is paramount.

You will report to the Senior Manager, a trusted team member with over 10 years of experience who deeply understands the client's preferences. As part of a broader creative team, your primary focus will be bringing the client's ideas to life, whether it's an intimate dinner party with themed decorations, a large-scale event with elaborate costumes and games, or a special holiday celebration with loved ones. Success in this role will require you to expertly manage the unique expectations and needs of VIPs while maintaining a flexible and professional demeanor. 

Please note: there is a preference for local Seattle-based candidates, but the client will consider out of area candidates as well.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8+ years direct experience in events, HNW family office and/or personal services environment
  • Experience working or handling preferences, special needs, and expectations of VIPs, high profile clients
  • Experience in the luxury market working in event planning, dining etiquette, back of house activities, and/or elaborate games
  • Experience managing complicated logistics
  • Experience with financial and budget management
  • Experience with communications, writing, and public speaking
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • US passport or equivalent to travel domestically and internationally

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $140,300-$148,100 per year | DOE
  • Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance
  • 144 hours of paid vacation
