Head Housekeeper – Luxury Private Residence Miami Beach, FL

A fully staffed, busy luxury residence in Miami Beach is seeking a hands-on, highly organized, and service-driven Head Housekeeper to lead and work alongside a team of four housekeepers. The residence spans 9 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and 10,000 square feet, and demands the highest standards of cleanliness, discretion, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will not only maintain these standards but elevate the level of housekeeping service throughout the home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and actively work alongside a team of four housekeepers
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization throughout the residence
• Elevate and refine the housekeeping standards to ensure a luxurious, hotel-level environment
• Create, implement, and maintain structured systems and detailed cleaning protocols
• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning schedules
• Conduct routine inspections and quality control checks
• Manage inventory of cleaning products and household supplies
• Proper care of fine furnishings, surfaces, artwork, and delicate finishes
• Oversee laundry, steaming, ironing, and wardrobe management
• Work in coordination with the estate manager and other household staff

Schedule Requirements:

This is a seven-day-per-week household that requires a flexible and adaptable team leader.

Weekly Coverage: Sunday – Saturday
Two daily shifts:

• Shift A: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Shift B: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

The Head Housekeeper will be scheduled within this rotation and must be available for occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in private estates or luxury hospitality settings
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
• Extremely organized and system-oriented, able to manage and maintain high-performance routines
• Proven ability to elevate and maintain elite housekeeping standards
• Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Flexible and reliable availability, including evenings and weekends
