Job Title: Live-Out Housekeeper
Location: Coral Gables, FL (Old Cutler Road area)?Responsibilities:
1. Main Floor Cleaning:
· Thoroughly clean the main floor, including 3 bathrooms, 1 office, and the kitchen.
· No cooking required.
2. Additional Duties:
· Water plants and fruit trees and maintain outdoor areas, including an outdoor kitchen.Occasionally hose off pollen from owners’ cars. We have a professional car washer come 1-2x/month, so this is just hosing off.
· Detailed cleaning and organizing.
· Assist with stocking household supplies.
1 Assist housekeeper with upstairs duties, if needed.
· Clean main floor windows inside and out once a week. We have a professional window cleaner come 1x/month, so this is light work.
3. Childcare and Errands:
· Drive the youngest child pre teen aged to tennis(pick up and drop off),6:30-7:30pm
· Run errands and grocery shopping. Manage food & beverage supplies accordingly, disposing when expired and replacing.
4. Schedule:
· Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (with an hour lunch break), but flexible if needed.
5. Qualifications:
· Minimum 3-5 years of full-time housekeeping experience.
· Extremely organized (closets, pantries, etc.).
· Ability to work independently with little direction.
· Optimistic

· Flexible
· Car required for errands and driving. Lives within 30 minutes of workplace.
6. Benefits:
· Salary range $62,400 - 83,200 annually ($30-40/hr).
