Estate Manager to High-Profile Principal

We are seeking a seasoned Estate Manager to oversee the operations of multiple high-profile residences for a prominent individual in Los Angeles. This role involves managing and maintaining four luxury homes throughout Los Angeles to Palm Springs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estate management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure the properties are kept in impeccable condition through maintenance and oversight.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in estate management, property management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of home repair and maintenance processes.
• Familiarity with creating estate manuals is a plus.
• Experience managing household staff and working in high-profile environments.
• Flexibility to travel between residences and work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background check.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of four luxury residences, including repair and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate and supervise housekeeping staff, managing work schedules and payroll.
• Manage vehicle maintenance and management for the principal's fleet of vehicles.
• Act as liaison between principal and household staff, ensuring clear communication.
• Develop and maintain property management plans for each residence.
• Handle special projects and requests as assigned by the principal.
• Collaborate with the entire household and corporate staff as needed for deliverables. 

Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend hours as needed.

Compensation: Up to $150,000 based on experience, benefits package, holidays, and 401K plan

Location: Los Angeles, CA. On-site work required at multiple locations.
