FULL-TIME JUNIOR BUTLER, WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA
We are seeking a meticulous and professional Junior Butler to join an UHNW household in West Hollywood. The Junior Butler will provide exceptional service and maintain the high standards expected for the estate, have a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail. The Jr. Butler will assist with the smooth operation of daily household activities and will provide assistance to the Lead Butler in various roles. Duties will include serving meals, assisting with household management tasks, oversight of the inventories for all areas including closet, clothing, toiletries, household goods, dry goods, and more. Assisting with management of the Housekeepers, vendors, repairs and maintenance. Additional duties to include silver polishing, glass cleaning, ground and terrace upkeep, floral arranging, beverage/food/entertainment service for principal(s) and their guests.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to service excellence, discretion, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dedicated team. Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Bulter with daily household operations
- Formal/informal meal and beverage service for principals and guests
- Manage and maintain the inventory of household supplies and equipment
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of all service areas
- Care for and maintain household furnishings and decor
- Oversight of housekeeping staff; managing schedules and requests from the team
- Provide attentive service during entertaining events and gatherings
- Assist in coordinating guest accommodations and transportation
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or private service professional role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with principals, and their guests
- Proficiency in proper dining etiquette
Location: West Hollywood, CA
Schedule: Hours TBD; Full-Time (5 days/week, overtime as needed, and weekends on call if needed)
Compensation and benefits: $45/hour plus overtime; full benefits are provide
