This role is 100% travel-focused, supporting the principal both domestically and internationally across destinations such as Los Angeles, New York, Florida, and the Hamptons.
The ideal candidate is mature, grounded, and thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. This is a demanding, 24/7 role for someone who understands the cadence and expectations of a corporate C-suite while offering bespoke, white-glove service in a private context.
Key Responsibilities:
Accompany the principal during travel (up to 6–8 months/year), often for 4–6 weeks at a time
Will work with travel agent or other team members for travel itineraries for hotels, and travel arrangements (private and commercial)
Coordinate reservations, meals, and on-the-ground logistics
Serve as a proactive liaison between the principal and both the LA and East Coast teams
Manage day-to-day schedules, calendar changes, and communications
Handle personal needs on the road including errand running, meal coordination, packing/unpacking, and wardrobe support
Ensure a seamless daily experience with a polished, solutions-oriented approach
Work in close collaboration with the principal’s corporate and executive teams
Ideal Candidate:
Based in Los Angeles with the flexibility to leave for extended periods with little notice
No pets, family, or other commitments that prevent spontaneous, extended travel
Corporate polish with private service instincts — ideally has supported a high-profile founder, CEO, or entrepreneur
Mature, discreet, adaptable, and thrives in high-volume environments
Tech-savvy and fluent in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Suite, Calendly, etc.
Able to anticipate needs, think ten steps ahead, and remain calm under pressure
Willing and able to travel over major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) when needed
Perks:
All travel costs covered — first-class accommodations, airfare, and meals
Excellent benefits package, with long-term growth potential and a principal who takes great care of his team once trust and reliability are proven
This is an extraordinary opportunity to work at the highest level of support and be part of a world-class operation. Only candidates with prior corporate EA/PA experience and full travel flexibility will be considered.
