New exciting opportunity with an Aspen family!
A busy, young family based in Aspen, Colorado, is actively seeking a full-time, live out Estate Manager to join their team. Local Colorado-based candidates are preferred but the clients will consider someone out of the area if they are willing to relocate to Aspen or travel frequently upon request.
The Position Entails:
- Property Management
- Household Team Management/Operations
- Administrative Support
- Safety and Security Oversight
- Vendor Management
Candidates Must Have:
- 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role in a large private home or hospitality management - this is not negotiable!
- 3+ years’ experience with the same employer in the last 5 years
- Excellent references from past employers
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
- Polished, poised and professional
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Comfortable and confident working in fast-paced environments where the utmost discretion and confidentiality are required
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities and follow through
- Proof of COVID Vaccination and Booster
- Nice to have: fluent in Spanish, event planning and personal assistance
Compensation and Benefits:
- $200,000++ per year | DOE (note, the compensation package is open for the right candidate and housing assistance will be given)
