Senior Personal Assistant to a UHNWI

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Personal Assistant. This highly visible position will provide white-glove personal and executive support to an ultra-high-net-worth individual and their family while also supervising a team of personal assistants. This role requires 10+ years of experience supporting high-profile principals and operating at the highest levels of service, discretion, and execution.

The ideal candidate is deeply experienced in managing the complexities of an executive’s personal and professional life, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can operate with a high degree of independence, anticipation, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and mentor a team of personal assistants; provide structure and accountability

  • Manage all aspects of the principal’s personal affairs, including household operations, special events, gifting, scheduling, and vendor relations

  • Liaise with domestic staff, vendors, and luxury service providers to ensure all household and travel needs are met seamlessly

  • Coordinate complex, multi-leg global travel—including itineraries, visas, transportation, and personal preferences—with triple-check precision

  • Advance major travel and event logistics, ensuring full readiness prior to the principal’s arrival

  • Maintain oversight of all personal assets (homes, vehicles, art, jewelry, boats, and more), documentation, and insurance

  • Coordinate personal healthcare logistics and liaise with medical professionals as needed

  • Manage and maintain personal calendars for the principal and their family; coordinate with other assistants on appointments and reminders

  • Ensure consistent excellence in personal shopping, wardrobe support, holiday and occasion planning, and custom gifting

  • Supervise transitions between properties and ensure environments are prepped and properly staffed

  • Maintain up-to-date inventories of household supplies, personal records, and subscriptions

  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and security

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience supporting a UHNWI or C-suite principal in a personal/executive assistant capacity

  • Microsoft Office: 7 years experience - REQUIRED
  • Prior experience supervising and mentoring administrative or household teams

  • Proven success managing global travel logistics, family schedules, and confidential matters

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, cloud-based calendars, and digital filing systems

  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs without direction

  • Polished communication skills and social awareness when interacting with family, staff, and guests

  • Able to work extended hours, including weekends, holidays, and travel as required

  • Comfortable working in households with children, pets, and multiple residences

  • Clean background, driving record, and willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement
