We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician for large ranch with fruit trees and a vineyard in Santa Ynez, CA. The Sr. Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing complex preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs across a wide range of building systems, equipment and machinery. This role requires expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems and more, ensuring all activities align with safety standards and company regulations. Candidates should have strong diagnostic skills, a broad technical background and the ability to prioritize and resolve complex issues effeciently. Additionally, candidates should maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities. Candidates should have previous experience in a leadership role within a maintenance team, with the ability to mentor and support junior technicians. The Sr. Maintenance Technician will work closely with the Ranch Manager and needs to be a team player. Candidates must have previous work experience in a similar capacity, have a clear background report and provide documentation to work in the United States.
