Job Summary
An Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to our CEO/founder by managing schedules/travel, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate the executive s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Communication Handling: Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Document Preparation: Create, edit, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative position include:
Confidentiality: High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail
