A discerning family on the Upper East Side seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain their elegant home. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a passion for cleanliness, organization, and providing exceptional care. Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough daily and deep cleaning of the residence
• Expertly care for fine materials, including silver, wood, china, crystal, and artwork
• Handle household laundry tasks (excluding ironing) with precision
• Manage food and beverage inventory, including groceries and fridge rotation
• Organize and execute projects to maintain household efficiency
• Run errands as needed
• Assist with pet care for the family’s well-trained dog
• Travel to the Hamptons weekly for one month during the summer (preferred)
• Occasional travel to Greenwich, CT residence

Qualifications:

• Proven housekeeping expertise with exceptional knowledge of caring for fine materials
• Verifiable experience as a Housekeeper in a private home or luxury hospitality setting
• Ability to thrive in a busy household with school-aged children and a friendly dog
• Self-motivated with the ability to create and implement a plan to maintain the home beautifully
• Personable, discreet, and intuitive
• Valid driver’s license (vehicle not required)

Schedule:

• Full-time, year-round position
• Generally, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with flexibility required for some additional hours upon request.

Compensation:

• Compensation of $50-$52 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include a healthcare stipend.
