We're seeking an A/V and Technology Support Specialist to ensure the seamless operation of AV systems, PCs and other technology across multiple locations. In this role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, updating and resolving issues related to hardware, software, network infrastructure, AV systems, and related peripherals, with a strong emphasis on audio/visual and technology integration.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in audio/visual technology support.
- Strong expertise in AV systems, networking, wiring and infrastructure, with hands-on experience in system installation and maintenance.
- Proficient in Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office and relevant AV and networking applications.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving AV systems and technology.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
- Keen attention to detail, with a focus on quality, accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
