Looking for a superstar rotational nanny for a busy peninsula family:
Our Client living on Peninsula is seeking an awesome experienced and nurturing nanny to join their fully staffed household. The ideal candidate will have a background in child development, a structured yet compassionate approach to childcare, great communication and a strong understanding of early childhood learning and development milestones. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working within a team, maintaining a daily schedule for the kids, and fostering a positive and dynamic environment for children to grow and learn. Care for young children (toddlers and a baby).
Minimum 10 years of experience as a nanny.
Experience working for a high-net-worth family with a staffed household.
Verifiable references, will be calling previous employers
Must have worked with mulitple children, being able to multitask
Recent infant experience preferred.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Live-in or long hours experience required. Rota experience preferred.
7 days on, 7 days off schedule (24/7 while on shift).
Flexibility to travel up to 3 weeks at a time.
At least one full-time nanny position for 4 years.
Experience with toddlers and babies, and familiarity with child development stages and milestones.
Familiarity with using technology platforms for communication, logging, and tracking milestones.
Preference of previously working in structred setting- (reports to manager, pricipals, family office)
Local Bay Area candidates preferred. Out of state candidates can apply, but job requires nanny to live within 1 hour of Bay Area.
