Housekeeper for Private Principal in West Hollywood

A private principal in West Hollywood is seeking a refined and meticulous Lead Housekeeper to join their professional and supportive estate team. The role involves full-charge housekeeping, laundry care, meal service assistance, and collaboration with the Estate Manager and Principal to maintain a hotel-like level of cleanliness and organization in an 8,000 sq. ft. residence. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a team-player mentality. This is a long-term opportunity for a dedicated and hardworking housekeeper to work in a respectful and well-structured environment.

Requirements:

•  5-10 years of housekeeping experience in UHNW households, luxury estates, or five-star hotels
• Proficient in laundry care, including high-end garments, linens, and stain treatment
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain a hotel-standard environment
• Works well in a team-oriented and structured household
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take direction and work autonomously when needed
• Flexible and adaptable, willing to work a rotating schedule and at least one weekend day per week
• Open to occasional domestic travel (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities:

• Full-charge housekeeping of the residence, ensuring it is maintained to the highest standards
• Laundry and wardrobe care, including delicate fabrics, steaming, pressing, and proper storage
• Collaborate with the Estate Manager and household team to ensure seamless daily operations
• Assist the chef with meal prep and meal service as needed
• Maintain organization of all household areas, including deep cleaning, inventory management, and restocking supplies
• Provide high-level service and discretion, maintaining professionalism at all times
• Occasional travel with the principal domestically for approximately one week at a time (preferred but not required)

Schedule: Rotating shifts (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM) with the expectation to work at least one weekend day per week
