Who You Are
The Legal & Compliance Operations Manager will provide direct support to the Legal & Compliance team while also managing projects and the day-to-day operations of the department. The Legal & Compliance Operations Manager is a proactive, organized, and results-driven professional. What You'll Do:
Legal & Compliance Operations Management (50%+):
- Oversee the implementation of the Legal & Compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute high-impact projects that deliver measurable outcomes aligned with Principals' vision and needs.
- Foster a collaborative and proactive culture across departments, promoting the Principals’ values and priorities.
- Monitor program performance using data-driven approaches, generating actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Act as a primary liaison between internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Build and nurture relationships with key partners, understanding their goals and tailoring initiatives to meet mutual objectives.
- Develop and present actionable recommendations for operational improvements, leveraging insights gained from project involvement and stakeholder feedback.
- Manage operational processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across programs and projects.
- Assist in budget management, forecasting, process enhancement activities and resource allocation to optimize the impact of initiatives.
- Actively participate in strategic operational projects to identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and improve workflows.
- Champion department goals and initiatives that align with the Principal's vision and needs, by effectively communicating priorities and advocating for resources or support when needed.
- Facilitate the smooth execution of projects by aligning stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, and providing operational expertise.
- Oversee daily Legal & Compliance operations to maintain accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Perform regular audits on projects and platforms to ensure deliverables are progressing, blockers are being routinely removed, procedures are being followed, and platforms are being maintained.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings and preparing meeting agendas, taking detailed and clear meeting notes, and identifying action items — less than 50% of your time.
Business Processes
- Oversee the implementation of all File Management, Database Management, Knowledge Management and Project Management processes to enhance operational productivity for the Department.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the department and the Business Process group, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and protocols.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to established business processes, identifying gaps or deviations and implementing corrective measures.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of department workflows to ensure compliance with business process requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to the department team on the correct use of business processes, tools, and systems.
- Facilitate the rollout of new processes to the Department and Organization.
- Prepare and deliver insights and recommendations to the Business Process group on best practices for the Department.
Process Improvement
- Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose continuous improvement solutions to increase efficiency for the Department and present to the Business Process team.
- Collaborate with the Business Process group to identify opportunities for process optimization within the department.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve department-specific performance and outcomes.
Change Management
- Determine strategies to facilitate adoption of new processes.
- Act as a resource for department team members to resolve questions or issues related to business processes.
Egnyte Folder Management
- Act as Folder Owner for all folders owned by the Department - provides oversight and review of maintenance tasks.
- Responsible for reviewing location and naming conventions of files created by the Department members in shared project folders.

What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience coordinating projects and supporting impact initiatives
- Proficiency in data analysis, impact measurement, and reporting tools.
- Ability to conduct research and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks and philanthropic best practices.
- Experience working with or within a UHNWI family office or similar high-net-worth entity preferred.
- Proven experience in operations, cross-functional project management, or organizational improvement, delivering measurable results.
- Tech-savvy attitude with a thirst for learning new things; Proficiency in G-Suite, project management software, Slack.
- Experience managing multiple complex workflows at once).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an open and ego-less communication style.
- A compassionate, positive, patient, solutions-oriented attitude and service oriented mindset.
- Excellent judgment, critical thinking, and decision making skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and solve problems as they arise.

- The ability to be a team player who's also able to work independently.
- While most projects will be managed on-site, some projects may require the ability to travel as needed.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing and working on a computer for 8+ hours/day.
