Location: Upper West Side & Meatpacking District, NYC
 Schedule: Full-time with flexible, variable hours including some weekends
 Salary: $100,000 base + pre-approved overtime (up to $125,000 annually) + holiday bonus + benefitsA private principal is seeking a highly flexible, discreet full-time driver to support daily transportation needs across Manhattan and the tri-state area. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, maintains excellent spatial awareness in tight city traffic, and can anticipate the principal’s needs before being asked. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent hours, generous compensation, and a high level of trust.Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport the principal between the Upper West Side residence, Meatpacking District office, and various appointments and airports (including Teterboro and other private terminals)
  • Be available for variable start times (ranging from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM) and maintain open flexibility, including one weekend day as needed
  • Operate and maintain the principal’s vehicle with discretion and attention to cleanliness, readiness, and care
  • Navigate efficiently using GPS and real-time traffic tools, with full understanding of alternate routes in Manhattan, The Bronx, Queens, and surrounding areas
  • Ensure a calm, quiet, and neutral cabin environment, no fragrances, colognes, or strong personal scents
  • Display excellent spatial awareness in high-pressure and tight driving conditions (city traffic, parking structures, crowded streets)
  • Maintain full confidentiality at all times and follow all personal privacy protocols
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a private driver for a high-net-worth individual or family
  • Expertise in NYC driving and airport runs (especially private terminals)
  • Highly professional, polished, and responsive with excellent judgment
  • Comfortable with Bluetooth tech, portable Wi-Fi, and app-based navigation
  • No outside restrictions that impact availability (pets, dependent care, etc.)
  • Clean driving record; background check and references required
