Pay Rate: $90,000.00 Annually
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm with on call availability

Job Details
Our Minneapolis based client requires a full-time Property Caretaker year-round for their residence. Responsibilities - maintain appearance and safety of the property, carry out minor repairs inside the home, exterior maintenance, lawn care; mowing, snow removal, sprinkler system, pool maintenance, clean and maintain pool deck, exterior furniture, and watersports equipment. The candidate will coordinate and supervise vendors for routine maintenance and larger-scale projects, negotiate service contracts, and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard. They will also monitor and report on project progress, timelines, and budgets, keeping the Principal informed.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, must have significant experience caring for landscaping, previous experience maintaining similar estates, have practical knowledge of daily maintenance and estate operations - HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting. The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and demonstrate strong general computer skills, including the ability to manage digital schedules, maintenance logs, and correspondence. A valid driver’s license and verifiable private service caretaker references are required.
