Position Title: Travel Host & Interior Manager
Location: Travel-Based / Flexible – Family based in Atlanta, GA

We are seeking a polished, service-oriented Travel Host & Interior Manager to support a private family across residences, during travel, and occasionally in-flight. This multifaceted role requires a highly adaptable professional who can move fluidly between travel coordination, hospitality, and interior household oversight—with the flexibility to wear many hats.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in luxury environments, enjoys maintaining the highest standards of service, and understands the rhythm of UHNW households.


Key Responsibilities

Travel & Hospitality Support

  • Act as a trusted travel host during domestic and international travel, ensuring a seamless, elevated experience for the family and guests.

  • Create and manage detailed, line-item travel itineraries for family, guests, and business associates.

  • Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, hotel bookings, and ground transportation.

  • Provide on-the-ground and occasional in-flight service, ensuring comfort, safety, and discretion.

  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs with personalized attention and impeccable service.

  • Handle packing, unpacking, wardrobe preparation, and personal shopping while traveling.

Residential & Event Support

  • Provide elevated in-residence hospitality, including meal and beverage service, guest care, and event support.

  • Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and readiness of entertainment and guest areas. 

  • Co-ordinate domestic staff, communicate clearly with support teams between residences. 
  • Assist with shopping, errands, and personal assistance.

  • Support in-home social events, managing setup, flow, and guest satisfaction.

  • Create, update and maintian detailed SOP's for guests, family and friends. i.e. Food preferences, room preferences, arrival gifts, flowers etc.

Interior Management Duties

  • Oversee the presentation, cleanliness, and daily upkeep of the interior living spaces across multiple residences.

  • Liaise with housekeepers and vendors to ensure high standards of cleanliness and order are maintained at all times.

  • Manage seasonal home transitions, wardrobe rotations, and household inventory.

  • Track and replenish household supplies, pantry, linens, and luxury essentials. (Working with the housekeeping team) 

  • Monitor household systems and interiors for repairs or updates and communicate with property managers or vendors accordingly.

  • Create and implement interior SOPs and checklists to ensure residence consistency across properties.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in private service, luxury hospitality, or residential interior management.

  • Experience supporting high-net-worth families in both residence and travel settings.

  • Strong interior standards and a refined eye for detail, order, and ambiance.

  • Professional demeanor with exceptional discretion, communication, and service skills.

  • Strong organizational ability with a proactive, hands-on approach.

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a larger estate/travel team.

  • Fluent in English; other languages are an asset.

  • Must be comfortable with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Willing to travel frequently; prior international and domestic travel experience is essential.


Additional Requirements

  • Valid U.S. passport and driver’s license.

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.

  • Must have three recent, verifiable references.

  • Familiarity with Atlanta or experience working in the Southeast region is strongly preferred.
