We are seeking a polished, service-oriented Travel Host & Interior Manager to support a private family across residences, during travel, and occasionally in-flight. This multifaceted role requires a highly adaptable professional who can move fluidly between travel coordination, hospitality, and interior household oversight—with the flexibility to wear many hats.

Act as a trusted travel host during domestic and international travel, ensuring a seamless, elevated experience for the family and guests.

Create and manage detailed, line-item travel itineraries for family, guests, and business associates.

Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, hotel bookings, and ground transportation.

Provide on-the-ground and occasional in-flight service, ensuring comfort, safety, and discretion.

Anticipate and fulfill guest needs with personalized attention and impeccable service.

Handle packing, unpacking, wardrobe preparation, and personal shopping while traveling.

Minimum 2 years of experience in private service, luxury hospitality, or residential interior management.

Experience supporting high-net-worth families in both residence and travel settings.
