Experienced Housekeeper Needed – (Live-Out with Rotating Overnight Stays)

A private family in Naples is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and trustworthy Housekeeper to join their household team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a family environment, enjoy working with children, and collaborate effectively with another housekeeper on a rotating schedule that includes overnight stays when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full housekeeping duties, including daily and deep cleaning, laundry, ironing, and general organization
• Meal preparation and cooking (family-style meals, healthy options preferred)
• Childcare support, including occasional babysitting as needed
• Assist with household errands and maintaining household supplies
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the other housekeeper to ensure seamless coverage and support
• Flexibility to stay overnight on a rotating basis

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a private household is required
• Confident in the kitchen and able to prepare simple, healthy meals
• Comfortable with children and experienced with light childcare responsibilities
• Strong sense of discretion, organization, and initiative
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass background checks and provide excellent references
