The Executive Driver will play a critical role in supporting the family’s day-to-day lifestyle, ensuring punctual, polished, and seamless transport across a wide range of destinations—from high-level business meetings and airports to social events, appointments, and private residences.

Provide safe, discreet, and reliable transportation for the principals, family, and guests

Navigate efficiently through local traffic patterns, avoiding delays and ensuring timely arrivals

Maintain full confidentiality regarding all aspects of the family's travel, routines, and privacy

Operate and care for a fleet of high-end vehicles (Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Mercedes, Ferrari, etc.), ensuring they are consistently clean, fueled, and in pristine condition

Perform regular vehicle inspections, coordinate routine maintenance, and address any mechanical issues proactively

Stock vehicles with essentials such as bottled water, chargers, tissues, umbrellas, and emergency supplies

Maintain detailed logs of mileage, fuel, maintenance, and other vehicle-related expenses

Remain on standby when the family is in residence, ready to respond to transportation needs on short notice

Coordinate seamlessly with household staff, security personnel, and external vendors when needed

Assist with luggage handling, guest arrivals, and transportation support for special events

Demonstrate polished etiquette and a calm, service-oriented demeanor at all times

Remain adaptable to changing plans, late nights, weekends, holidays, and travel-related responsibilities

5–10 years of experience as an executive or private driver for high-net-worth individuals or family offices

Proven record of safe, defensive, and discreet driving with no traffic violations in the past 5 years

In-depth knowledge of South Florida roadways, including alternate routes and traffic trends

Proficiency with luxury vehicles and Sprinter vans; ability to operate with care and precision

High degree of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and discretion

Exceptional punctuality, grooming, and presentation standards

Flexible and able to work irregular schedules, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

Prior experience in security or protective driving is a strong plus
