Full-Time Chef needed for single executive in San Francisco. Client would love to find a great Chef who can grow in the position for years to come. Typical schedule will be Monday-Friday and includes lunch and dinner. Chef will also be required to travel to client's home on the East Coast for 4-6 weeks in the summer, although client flies Chef home during that period for visits/time off.
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Preparing healthy, seasonal, and innovative meals--a Chef who understands and is interested in how food affects the body is preferred
-Research and plan menus
-Maintain pantry and kitchen inventory
-Grocery shopping
-Prepare meals and serve at small dinner parties, with entertaining, etc. as needed
The ideal candidate has experience working as a Private Chef in a family environment and is creative, responsible, reliable, and truly passionate about cooking.
