Loving, Energetic & Dependable Nanny/Family Assistant for 3 Kids

We are seeking a highly experienced, reliable and trust worthy Full-Time Live-Out Nanny/Family Assistant to join our wonderful family. This role combines childcare, family assistance, and light housekeeping to support a lively and busy household. We are looking for someone long-term who can grow with our family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for the children, including daily routines, school pick-ups/drop-offs, homework support, and activities.
• Ensure primary family spaces in the home are tidy, organized, and well-stocked.
• Support family assistant tasks such as meal prep, grocery shopping, errands, laundry for the entire family, and light cleaning.
• Care for the family’s large breed dog, including feeding, walks, and general attention.
• Provide overnight care 2–4 nights every other month. Must have flexibility in when this occurs based on Principals' schedules.
• Support family travel logistics, including packing/unpacking and organizing supplies.
• Collaborate closely with Mother, she is a Homemaker, to maintain a structured, safe, and engaging environment for all children.
• The ideal candidate will prioritize this role as their top responsibility, with a long-term commitment in mind.
• Uphold discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional childcare experience with multiple (3+) children.
• Excellent references and a strong track record of dependability.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to drive children as needed.
• Comfortable with pets and minor household tasks.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, sometimes unpredictable schedule, with overnights, weekend coverage, and travel.
• Background check and drug testing required prior to hire.
• Open to relocation assistance (but live-out position; no housing stipend provided).
• Energetic, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, roughly 12:00 PM – 7:30 PM (some flexibility required)
• Overnight stay of 2-4 overnights every other month REQUIRED
• Occasional additional hours as needed for travel, special events, or family needs

Compensation & Benefits:

• $40-45/hour, 35 hours a week guaranteed plus 2-4 overnights per month (1.5 X paid after 40 hours)
• $75/night overnight stipend 
• 2 weeks paid time off (PTO), 5 sick days
