Traditional Laundress for Formal White-Glove Estate in Beverly Hills, CA.
Riveter Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Traditional Laundress for a formal, white-
glove estate in Beverly Hills, CA. This is a career position for someone who understands the
importance of maintaining an exceptional, high standard in laundering and wardrobe care. We
are open to **relocation** for the right candidate with a proven track record of success in similar
roles.
Responsibilities:
- Expert Fabric Care: Handle a wide variety of fabrics, including delicate items without care
labels. Familiarity with specialty fabrics such as kim saber napkins, bed linens, towels, and
more.
- Garment Logging: Thoroughly inspect garments for stains, damages, and any maintenance
needs, keeping detailed records of all items.
- Stain Removal: Expertise in treating and removing stains from various fabrics while ensuring
the integrity of the garments.
- Closet & Wardrobe Management: Collaborate with stylists, closet organizers, and estate
managers to maintain an immaculate wardrobe. Ensure all garments, shoes, and accessories
are organized, cared for, and maintained.
- Packing/Unpacking: Occasionally assist with packing and unpacking for trips, although the
principal is often home-based.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside the housekeeping team in a shared laundry space,
ensuring a smooth and cooperative working environment.
Requirements:
- White-Glove Experience: Must have previous experience working in formal white-glove estates
or equivalent high-standard environments.
- Longevity in Previous Roles: We seek candidates with a strong history of long-term
employment in similar positions.
- Flexibility: Schedule is generally Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, but flexibility for
weekends and holidays is required based on the needs of the household.
- Exceptional Standards: This role requires a focus on maintaining the highest level of
cleanliness and presentation at all times.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary, $90,000 - $120,000 DOE.
- Full paid health care for the employee (family members can be added at the employee’s cost).
