Position Summary:
A private family in Atherton with a 2nd home in Sonoma is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and professional Housekeeper to join their household team. This full-time, long-term role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-organized home, is proactive, adaptable, flexible, and enjoys working in a collaborative, family-oriented environment. The home includes pets and young children (no childcare responsibilities), and the ideal candidate will be comfortable with both.
Core house: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM or 11:00 AM-7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily cleaning and general tidying of a large residence, in coordination with other housekeeping staff
- Organizational support for both shared and private spaces
- Restocking household supplies and maintaining inventories
- Running errands and assisting with household support projects
- Travel to the family’s Sonoma residence (as needed)
- Assisting with basic animal care
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-end private residences
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Discreet, professional, calm, and respectful of family privacy
- Flexible and able to adapt to evolving household needs and schedules
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working around pets, including dogs and chickens
- Willingness to communicate via WhatsApp for daily coordination
Compensation and Benefits
