We are looking for a formally trained private chef to work for a family of 4 in Pacific Heights Thursday - Monday.
Thurs, Fri and Monday (the weekdays) is just cooking dinner, on Saturday it is all 3 meals, and Sunday is breakfast and lunch. So your days off would be Tues and Wed. The family likes healthy, nutritious meals. While the parents prefer lighter meals like a fish, they do want three courses for each dinner (salad or soup to start, main course, and a light dessert like berries.) They have two active kids who may need a snack after school before dinner on the weekdays. This is such a generous family with a wonderful staff! Their Chief of Staff will be a wonderful mentor and manager! Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5-7 years full time, recent experience working in formal private homes. Training or experience working in Michelin restaurants is also required. This family is young and fun, but loves to hire people who have a service heart and can create beautiful dishes. You will be required to plate and serve the meals. Knowledge of wine is a bonus but not required. Local Bay Area candidates only please!
