Full-time Nanny Needed in Belmont

Household:

• A professional couple in Belmont is looking for a trustworthy and experienced full-time nanny to care for their baby. 
• The family values stability and long-term relationships, seeking a nanny who can grow with their family.
• They live in a multi-level home located in a quiet area with easy access to parks and activities.
• Mom will work from home initially, then transition to an outside office, while dad works outside the home.

Ideal Candidate:

• A warm and passionate individual with a genuine interest in childcare, particularly with newborns and infants.
• The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of infant development, milestones, and age-appropriate activities to promote cognitive and motor skills growth.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, with the ability to provide guidance on childcare and scheduling while being receptive to parents' preferences.
• Someone with a long-term commitment and loyalty to previous families is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, loving care for the infant, including feeding, dressing, and diaper changes, as well as assisting with potty training as the baby grows.
• Manage duties related to the baby's care, such as laundry, bottle washing, meal preparation and introducing solids as baby gets older, and nursery organization.
• Plan engaging outings and activities for the baby as they grow, including visits to nearby parks and classes.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of paid, professional childcare experience that occurred over the age of 18 (not for family or friends) with excellent references
• Recent newborn and infant care experience.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and a strong driving record.
• Current on all vaccines including the Tdap, flu, and Covid vaccines. Willing to take annual flu and Covid vaccines.
• Legal work authorization in the U.S.
• Can make at least a one-year commitment.
