Part-Time Housekeeper Needed – Parker, Colorado
Start Date: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate)
Schedule: 16 hours/week — ideally 2–3 consistent weekdays (either two 8-hour days or three 5–6 hour days)
Compensation: $40–$50/hour | ~$640–$800/week, DOE
A kind and busy family in Parker, CO is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented housekeeper to help maintain their 3,500 sq. ft home. This long-term position is perfect for an experienced housekeeper who is detail-oriented and committed to keeping a home running smoothly and beautifully for years to come.
Responsibilities include weekly deep cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen, tidying up common areas, laundry (including delicate and special-care items), changing bed linens, help with pet care. Bi-weekly duties include vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, disinfecting high-touch areas, and dusting. Monthly and seasonal tasks involve washing blankets, deep cleaning appliances, and maintaining household items such as humidifiers and vacuums. Occasional light organizational projects, car cleaning, patio upkeep, and simple meal prep may also be requested.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of in-home housekeeping experience
- Cat friendly
- Minimum of 2 professional references
- Legal to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
