Riveter Consulting Group is seeking experienced Housekeepers to join the team at a formal,
white-glove estate in Beverly Hills, CA. This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates with a
proven track record in high-end private residences, particularly for UHNW clientele. We are
looking for individuals who possess impeccable attention to detail and thrive in a team-oriented,
professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Meticulous Cleaning: Ensure every area of the 35,000 sq. ft. estate is impeccably clean,
adhering to white-glove standards. The principal is highly detail-oriented, so you must have an
extreme eye for detail.
- Order and Organization: Maintain the highest level of organization throughout the estate. All
items must be in their designated places at all times.
- Discreet Service: The principal is home frequently, so you must be adept at working discreetly
and efficiently around them.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of six other housekeepers. You must be
comfortable stepping into a full-staff dynamic, supporting one another to ensure the home is
consistently maintained.
- Pet Care: Occasionally assist in caring for the principal's dog, who primarily stays outside.
Schedule Flexibility:
Shifts are staggered, typically working afternoon/evening hours.
Typical shifts may include:
- 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- No Drama Policy: This estate values professionalism and teamwork. Candidates must be
comfortable in a collaborative environment with no tolerance for interpersonal drama.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience working in luxury private estates, with a deep understanding of high-
end furnishings and care.
- Proven ability to work in formal, white-glove environments.
- **Exceptional attention to detail**, with a strong sense of order and cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently while seamlessly fitting into a team environment.
- Flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
