Job Title: Asset Manager – Residential Consulting, Project and Relationship Management
Location: Some remote, some on site work: Los Angeles preferred (San Francisco Bay Area acceptable, must be based on the West Coast)
Type: Full-Time
Industry: High-End Residential Development / Maintaining Finished Spaces / Consulting
About Us
We are a strategic consulting firm specializing in high-end residential asset management and client advisory. Our clients include ultra-high-net-worth individuals, strategic partners, and family offices seeking impeccable service and precision for the most discerning homes: construction project documentation, occupancy, preventative maintenance, staffing, household operations, and special projects. We are known for translating vision into reality with excellence, and discretion.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly capable and uniquely wired Asset Manager to join our team. This role is central to our operations — interfacing with clients, collaborators, architects, builders, and specialists to ensure harmony, clarity, and momentum across complex projects.
This could be part time based on your availability, or full time based on our client commitments.
The Role
As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and elevating the client experience, ensuring seamless communication, proactive problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail across all touchpoints. You are managing relationships with all stakeholders. You will navigate the worlds of luxury, logistics, and leadership with ease — ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and entirely confident in our process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and project stakeholders
- Ensuring project timelines, tasks, and client expectations are aligned and monitored
- Pre-emptively resolving issues with grace and discretion
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation, reports, and client records with zero tolerance for disorganization
- Coordinating across internal and external teams to ensure excellence at every turn
- Representing the brand and values of the firm at all times
The Person We Are Looking for Is
Think Winston Wolf from Pulp Fiction, but in luxury consulting: a professional problem-solver who shows up on time, looks sharp, and gets things done — without panic, ego, or drama.
You are:
- Cool under pressure. You do not rattle. When everyone else is spinning, you are focused, direct, and moving forward.
- Detail-obsessed. You notice when a file name doesn’t follow naming conventions. You cannot rest if the alignment is off or a deadline is vague. You take pride in the little things — because you know they add up.
- A listener first. You don’t jump in to show off what you know — you start by hearing what’s being said. You read people, situations, and subtext.
- A fast operator. You move quickly, but with precision. You anticipate needs before they are spoken and know how to delegate or dive in without hesitation.
- A minimalist communicator. You say what needs to be said — clearly, effectively, and with gravitas. No fluff. No confusion.
- Consistent. You thrive on order, reliability, and follow-through. Surprises are for parties — not projects.
- Confident, not cocky. You carry authority because you’ve earned it — and because you back it up with competence, not volume.
- Results-driven. You like solving problems, clearing blockages, and moving things across the finish line. You’re not here for status updates; you’re here for outcomes.
- A protector of client trust. You understand the high-stakes, high-touch nature of this work. You’re discreet, professional, and operate with absolute integrity.
You may have come from luxury real estate, project management, interior design, concierge services, or another field where excellence is non-negotiable. What matters most is how you think, how you show up, and how you lead relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing roles within luxury, real estate, design, or consulting
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure, high-stakes projects or clients
- Flawless verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with task management and CRM tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Hubspot)
- High emotional intelligence and situational awareness
- Uncompromising attention to detail and presentation
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience
- Performance-based bonuses
- Flexible working arrangements
- Opportunity to work with visionary clients and projects at the top of the market
