Our Miami-based UHNW Client is seeking to hire on-staff the newly-created role of Construction Manager/Owners' Representative. This position will lead ground-up builds and high-end renovations across a portfolio of ultra-luxury private residences in Miami, New York City, Hawaii as well as other locations, typically managing multiple simultaneous multimillion-dollar projects. The Construction Manager will act as the Owner's Representative, overseeing preferred architects, designers, and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of design and craftsmanship -- comparable to five-star luxury hospitality standards. The ideal candidate must have a strong eye for design, 10+ years' experience implementing project management and budget tracking systems, and deep expertise in smart home technology and high-spec building systems.

Expertise in project management and construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, CoConstruct or custom Excel-based solutions) is a must and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred. Willingness and ability to travel 50-70% of the time, depending on project phase. The role's preferred location is Miami or New York City. Concurrent projects typically range from $5M to 25M+ each in construction value.
