A private family in Palm Beach, FL, is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Housekeeper to ensure the smooth operation of their residence. This role combines meticulous housekeeping, laundry care, inventory management, and minor personal assistant tasks such as running errands and organizing household supplies. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and adaptable, providing exceptional service while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Housekeeping and Organization:

    • Maintain the cleanliness, order, and organization of the home, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment.
    • Care for fine fabrics, clothing, and linens, including laundry, ironing, and seasonal wardrobe management.
    • Organize closets, storage spaces, and other household areas.
  • Inventory and Restocking:

    • Monitor and manage household supplies, ensuring timely restocking of groceries, cleaning products, and personal items.
    • Keep detailed records of inventory and notify the family of any needs.
  • Errands and Minor Assistant Tasks:

    • Run errands such as picking up dry cleaning, grocery shopping, and other household-related tasks.
    • Assist with receiving packages, coordinating deliveries, and managing returns as needed.
  • Event and Guest Support:

    • Assist in preparing the home for guests, special occasions, or family events, ensuring everything is perfectly arranged.
    • Provide light meal preparation or support when needed.
  • Family Support:

    • Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.
    • Anticipate the family’s needs and adapt to last-minute changes or special requests.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper, Head Housekeeper, or in a similar role in a private household.
  • Expertise in housekeeping, laundry care, and wardrobe management, including handling delicate fabrics.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage household inventory and supplies.
  • Comfortable running errands and managing minor personal assistant tasks.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
