Housekeeper for HNW Couple

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Housekeeper to maintain a private, luxury home in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have a background in high-end British housekeeping training and experience in luxury hotels or formal private homes. This role requires a meticulous individual with exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic, ensuring the home is always immaculate and well-organized.

** Must be local to the Miami, FL area to apply and must be fluent English speaking. A trial period will be required before final hiring decision. **

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean the kitchen after meals, including appliances, countertops, stovetops, sinks, and floors.
• Dusting, polishing furniture and fixtures, and caring for fine surfaces such as wood, brass, and silver.
• Sanitizing and maintaining all bathrooms, restocking toiletries, and ensuring fresh linens are always available.
• Washing, drying, ironing, and pressing clothes and household linens to a high standard.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and ensuring floors remain in pristine condition.
• Keeping all rooms tidy, organizing wardrobes and storage spaces.
• Noting and reporting repairs, maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition.
• Walking and caring for household pets (must love dogs).
• Assisting with events, packing/unpacking, and other tasks as needed.
• Greeting guests and accepting deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotels, formal private homes, or estates.
• British-style housekeeping training is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in deep cleaning, particularly kitchens, and maintaining high household standards.
• Self-motivated and proactive with excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of fine fabrics, materials, and care for delicate items.
• Must be comfortable with pets, particularly dogs.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for errands.
• Fluent in English and local to Miami, FL (no relocation provided).
• Must pass a background check and provide excellent references.

Schedule: This is a M-F role but must be flexible on weekends if needed.

Salary: $40-60/hour DOE, plus benefits stipend.
