The position focuses on organization and preventative maintenance, landscaping, organizing staff tasks, managing contractors and vendors. Not a suit-and-tie position; hands-on position, working along side the maintenance team and contractors to ensure efficiency and accountability. Some transportation logistics and guest handling. Strong administrative skills to approve invoices, staff scheduling, inventory, update manuals, recordkeeping, and planning projects. Interior Mgr and Housekeepers handle the interior and service needs. Coordinate other needs with HR and corporate office. Work schedule is Monday thru Friday with availability to work on weekends (rarely); normally 45 hours per week.
