Estate Manager E. Ft. Lauderdale.

The position focuses on organization and preventative maintenance, landscaping, organizing staff tasks, managing contractors and vendors. Not a suit-and-tie position; hands-on position, working along side the maintenance team and contractors to ensure efficiency and accountability.  Some transportation logistics and guest handling. Strong administrative skills to approve invoices, staff scheduling, inventory, update manuals, recordkeeping, and planning projects. Interior Mgr and Housekeepers handle the interior and service needs. Coordinate other needs with HR and corporate office. Work schedule is Monday thru Friday with availability to work on weekends (rarely); normally 45 hours per week.

Requirements:

  • Consumate professional, direct experience in a similar situation; FL waterfront experience preferred
  • Experience and knowledge of HVAC, pumps, irrigation, exterior lighting, pool care, electronics, vehicle care, storm preparedness etc.
  • Experience in managing staff and contractors
  • Availability to work weekends if needed
  • Clean FL drivers license
  • Min 5+ years experience at a private estate
  • Physically fit, energetic 
  • Knowledge of, and able to implement safe work practices
  • Mac proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, shared calendars
  • Non-smoking/vaping
  • Extensive background check, drug testing, professional references
  • Live within a short commute to Las Olas, zip code 33301
