We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager & Household Manager to support a busy family relocating to a 20,000-square-foot residence in Sands Point, NY. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can take ownership of household projects while ensuring day-to-day organization and collaboration with the family’s Estate Manager. This is a hands-on position that includes a paid trial period.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute organizational projects, including:
Cataloging household items
Overseeing and organizing storage units
Coordinating home setup and systems for the new residence
Maintain and improve household systems and processes to ensure the home remains tidy, efficient, and functional
Partner with the Estate Manager on ongoing property and household needs; provide backup support when needed
Assist with scheduling, personal errands, and coordinating with vendors, deliveries, and service providers
Occasionally liaise with the family’s other staff (nanny, housekeepers) to support overall household harmony
Requirements:
Strong background in project coordination, household management, or operations roles supporting HNW/UHNW families
Excellent organizational, follow-through, and time management skills
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple moving parts with changing priorities
Tech-savvy and capable of implementing systems (e.g., Excel, inventory platforms, labeling systems)
Able to work discreetly and professionally in a private home setting
Schedule:
Full-time, hours based on family and household needs (flexibility is key)
Compensation:
$90,000-$130,000 annually, based on experience
Benefits provided following successful completion of a paid trial period
