Title: Executive Household Manager for Private Family
Location: State College, PA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, occasional evenings/weekends as needed

Overview:
A high-profile family in State College, PA seeks an experienced and proactive Executive Household Manager to oversee daily household operations and supervise household staff across a detail-driven private residence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, tech-savvy, and takes pride in maintaining an immaculate and well-run home.
This is a full-time, in-person role with long-term potential. The candidate must live in or be willing to relocate to the State College area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise household staff including housekeepers, chefs, porters, and handymen
- Coordinate with vendors, maintenance professionals, and contractors for home upkeep
- Arrange personal travel and detailed itineraries
- Maintain household manuals, inventory logs, and maintenance checklists
- Oversee household purchases and supplies (groceries, prescriptions, household needs)
- Track and process household expenses, bills, and reimbursements
- Schedule vehicle maintenance, registration, and ensure travel readiness
- Support special occasions and holiday prep
- Maintain household system schedules and functionality
- Communicate frequently with the principal and follow the principal’s project list and its priorities
- Organize and maintain documentation for warranties, repairs, and service records
- Ensure the home runs with discretion, professionalism, and grace
Requirements:
- 7+ years in household or estate management
- Leverage AI tools and technology to enhance communication, improve workflow efficiency, and boost overall productivity
- Experience scheduling appointments and events
- Strong proficiency with modern office tools, MS Office Suite, Zoom, and task software
- Outstanding English written and oral communication skills
- Proven success in similar roles with a strong service mindset
- Must be able to work full-time on-site
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to State College, PA
- Able to pass a deep background, reference, and credit check
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
