Executive Housekeeper – Miami Beach

We are seeking an Executive Housekeeper with a 5-star level of attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness to join our team in Miami Beach. This role requires fluent English, excellent communication skills, and polished manners. The ideal candidate is committed to a career in private service, takes pride in their work, and is looking for a long-term position.

Experience supervising a team of Housekeepers is REQUIRED.

You will be responsible for maintaining immaculate standards across multiple private residences, overseeing a team of housekeepers, and working hands-on alongside them. Flexibility, discretion, and the ability to follow instructions precisely are essential.


Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Laundry

  • Oversee and manage all dry-cleaning activities, including scheduling drop-off and pick-up.

  • Launder, iron, and fold all household linens, including sheets and towels.

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks such as making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.

  • Ensure continuous cleanliness of all guest and powder bathrooms.

Housekeeping Oversight

  • Supervise a team of six housekeepers, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

  • Maintain order and organization in all rooms, drawers, cabinets, dressers, pantries, and storage spaces, ensuring everything is clearly labeled.

  • Ensure all household machines (steam irons, washers, dryers, coffee machines, etc.) are in proper working condition and maintained by the housekeeping team.

  • Manage deep cleaning schedules when the principal is away from the residence.

  • Polish various surfaces and address small stains on fabrics and upholstery as needed.

  • Monitor inventory of household supplies (snacks, bottled water, toiletries) and place online orders to restock.

  • Keep floral arrangements fresh and coordinate replacements when necessary.

  • Assist the chef during dinner service and help during events as required.

  • Clean and descale appliances such as dishwashers and coffee machines.

  • Maintain cleanliness of laundry machines.

  • Report maintenance issues promptly to the property manager and ensure follow-up on necessary repairs.

  • Help coordinate and support the housekeeping team before and during special events.

  • Manage special projects assigned by the employer.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in English with strong verbal communication.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach.

  • Warm, professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required.


Compensation and Benefits
